• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

While we use proven strategies and AI technologies, HVAC Growth Company LLC does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, sales, revenue, or rankings.

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

• All tools, processes, strategies, and automation systems developed by HVAC Growth Company LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
• You retain ownership of your original content and data
• You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement, unless required by law.

We do not share your personal data/information (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, etc.) with any third-party vendor or company.

We may disclose your information when required by law/government or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., AI tools, CRMs, messaging services).

HVAC Growth Company LLC is not responsible for:

• Downtime or changes in third-party services
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms
• Policy violations caused by external providers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HVAC Growth Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days
